The Big Idea

This system follows one journey: Reflect → Envision → Prioritize → Plan → Live → Reflect → Adjust. It's not a task manager — it's built around understanding yourself first, then planning around your real energy instead of forcing a fixed routine.

Step 1: Start With Reflection, Not Planning

Before touching the Daily Planner, spend time in My Vision, My Values, and Life Audit. These take the longest but give everything else direction. Don't skip to the daily planner on day one — it works much better once you know what you're actually planning around.

Step 2: Learn Your Energy Patterns

Spend a week just logging entries in the Energy Log on the My Energy page — don't try to act on it yet, just notice. After a week, patterns usually become obvious: when you're sharpest, when you need rest.

Step 3: Set 90-Day Goals — Only 3

In My Goals, resist the urge to add everything you want to work on. Pick three. The system is built to help you go deep on a few things, not shallow on many.

Step 4: Use the Daily Planner Each Morning and Evening

Each morning, fill in your energy, one important thing, and top 3 priorities. Each evening, spend two minutes on the reflection questions. This is meant to take five minutes total, not become its own chore.

Step 5: Reset Weekly and Monthly

Weekly Reset takes about ten minutes and keeps you honest about what's working. Monthly Reset is a bigger step back — use it to actually change direction if something isn't working, not just to log progress.

The Rest Is Optional, Not Required
